By using the Purely Embellishments website you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

All rights, including copyright, on this website are owned by Purely Embellishments and/or its suppliers.

Financial Information

We do not store your credit card details on our database. We use Optimal Payments to process all credit card transactions and your credit card information is sent to Optimal encrypted. Payment

You can choose to pay for the goods you order by credit or debit card, through Paypal or by cheque. PLEASE DO NOT SEND YOUR CREDIT CARD DETAILS TO US BY POST OR BY E-MAIL. All credit card transactions take place on this website via Optimal or if you so choose, through our Paypal Account. If you are paying by cheque, goods will only be despatched once the cheque has cleared.

Orders

All orders placed on this website are subject to availability and acceptance. All orders we receive are deemed as an offer to purchase goods from us. The automatic e-mail we send you when we receive your order represents an acknowledgment of your offer to purchase. The acceptance
of your order by us and the conclusion of a contract between us will take place when we send you an order update e-mail confirming that we have dispatched the goods to you. Purely Embellishments reserve the right to refuse any order received and in such a case, a full refund will be given. You undertake that all details you provide to Purely Embellishments for the purpose of ordering or purchasing goods or services are correct, that the credit or debit card you are using is your own and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods or services ordered.

VAT and Prices

For all orders VAT at 17.5% is included on goods purchased.

Products

The dimensions of goods provided on this website are approximate only. Some of the products are natural products and/or handmade, due to this, there may be some minor variations and slight imperfections. Due to the scanning or duplication process of our graphics, colours may vary slightly to that of the merchandise. Damage in Transit or Faulty Goods

Purely Embellishments offer the choice of either a replacement or a full refund including postage costs incurred, for any goods that is damaged in transit or faulty. In the event that a purchase is damaged in transit or faulty, please notify us immediately at customercare@purelyembellishments.com stating whether you would prefer a replacement or full refund. You will be given a return reference number. Please return the damaged or faulty item stating the return number to our customer care centre, at the address below, with its original packaging and a photocopy of your invoice within five working days of receipt and we will send you a replacement or a full refund.

Liability

This section applies only to the extent permitted by law. For the avoidance of doubt, Purely Embellishments do not exclude or limit any liability for (a) personal injury (including sickness and death) where such injury results from Purely Embellishments’s negligence or wilful default, or that of Purely Embellishments’s employees, agents or subcontractors or (b) fraudulent misrepresentation. Purely Embellishments does not accept liability for any errors and omissions and reserve the right to change information, prices, specifications and descriptions of listed goods, products and services. If an error is discovered in the price of the goods that you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible. In the event that you order an item and the price published on the Site is incorrect for any reason, we will contact you to let you know the correct price and ask you whether you still wish us to fulfil your order at this price. We shall be under no obligation to fulfil an order for a product that was advertised at an incorrect price. We shall give you the option of confirming the order at the correct price or if you so choose, to cancel the order altogether. If you cancel and have already paid for the goods in the circumstances described in this clause, we shall refund the full amount in accordance with these Terms. Purely Embellishments will do its best to correct errors and omissions as quickly as practicable after being notified of them.

Purely Embellishments reserve the right at all times, to make changes to the content of this website, including these Terms and Conditions. Prices and products are subject to change without notification. You will be subject to the policies and Terms and Conditions in place at the time of your visit to this website. Each of the items on this Terms and Conditions shall be construed separately and independently of each other and the invalidity of any one part will not affect the validity of any other part. Resolving Complaints

If you have any reason to complain about our service, please e-mail us at customercare@purelyembellishments.com stating what your complaint is about. We will respond within 3 working days to resolve the complaint or to offer a timescale for the resolution of the complaint. We aim to resolve complaints within 5 working days.

Events Beyond our Control

Purely Embellishments will not be responsible for any delay or failure to comply with our obligations if the delay or failure arises from any cause that is beyond our reasonable control. This condition does not affect your statutory rights.

Law, Jurisdiction and Language

This website, Purely Embellishments, all its content, any other activity that takes place or relates to this website and any contract that arises as a result of using this website are governed by the laws of England. By using this website you agree, as we do, to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England. All contracts that result from the usage of this website are concluded in English.

Shipping Policy

At this time we regret we are only able to offer FREE delivery to UK addresses.

In order to protect both you and ourselves we are only able to ship goods to the cardholder's billing address and not to a third party or convenience addresses such as a P.O. Box.

Minimum Order Value

We do not operate a minimum order value, however, we do offer FREE POSTAGE & PACKING for all orders over £9.99. All orders under the value of £9.99 will be subject to a standard £1.00 postage and packing charge.

Postage and Packing

All UK orders are sent by Royal Mail post and larger orders are sent by Recorded Delivery. FREE delivery is to UK  only.

International Deliveries

We also deliver to International Adresses, and postage and packing will be charged for at cost.  For International Customers, please place your order through the website and select cheque as a means of payment.  In the check number box please type your country of residence.  We will e-mail you with the shipping costs, if you are happy to proceed, we will send you a request for payment which will include the order value plus P&P at cost.  There is no commitment to buy until you have agreed the shipping fees.  Goods will be re-allocated to stock and the order voided if we do not have a response within 5 days of postage cost notification.

Processing of Orders

We aim to process all orders within three working days from the receipt of your order subject to payment clearance and our busy periods. If the processing time is likely to take longer than three working days, we will notify you. 

Orders received after 5pm are deemed to have been received by us on the following day. Orders received after 5pm on Friday are deemed to have been received by us on the following Monday morning. We aim to offer a fast and efficient service and are currently despatching orders within 2-3 working day(s).

Order Status

Purely Embellishments will send you an automatic order acknowledgement e-mail upon receipt of your order and an order update e-mail to notify you that your order has been shipped. Please keep these e-mails for your records, as they will enable us to easily track your order in the event of a query or refund. You may check the status of your order at any time by clicking the order tracking link on this website or by sending an e-mail to customercare@purelyembellishments.com

Returns Policy

Returns

In the unfortunate and unlikely event that merchandise needs to be returned, please contact our customer care centre for return authorisation within 5 working days of receipt of order . Please include the invoice with your return and wrap the package securely. Also please ensure that you obtain 'proof of postage' at the Post Office.

Refunds

You may return any unopened item within 5 days of receiving it, for a full refund. We will refund your credit/debit card once we have received and processed the item (please allow up to 14 days). Please note that we can only refund delivery costs if the return is a result of our error.

Exchanges

We are happy to exchange unwanted items providing they are unopened; however, we reserve the right to charge for postage.
